Before Scopsi and Laudadio Law Firm was founded, he gained experience in major Italian law firms starting with Pavia e Ansaldo, progressing to junior partner in Pedersoli and in Grande Stevens Pedersoli, and then became equity partner in Pedersoli Lombardi and in Lombardi Molinari.
Moreover, he gained significant professional experience in the judicial field before superior jurisdictions, including the Italian Constitutional Court, as well as national and international Arbitration Boards; assisting listed companies, prominent commercial and industrial companies, banks, financial institutions and managers in significant and sensitive litigations.
Nicola Scopsi operates also in the extra-judicial field, with reference to corporate transactions of an extraordinary nature such as acquisitions and transfers of shares and companies, merger and joint ventures; in the banking and financial field, in the area of international tenders and development operations in the real estate field.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar since 1992, admitted to assist before Superior Courts from 2008.
